Shipping Policy
Once a product leaves Vulcan Designs TX, the shop is not responsible for delays in shipment. The shop will handle all damages with the shipping company. The customer must keep original shipment (packaging, item, etc.) and take pictures to aid in the damage reporting to the shipping company.
Refund Policy
Custom designed items cannot be refunded. All other items can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
A custom designed item cannot be returned. If it is damaged, the shop will work with the customer on the best path forward. Other items can be returned at customer's cost for shipping.
