Though Vulcan Designs does everything in its power to ensure that our products reach our customers in a timely manner, once the product leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays in shipments.
If a package arrives damaged, notify Vulcan Designs immediately. Please take pictures of the outside and inside of the package so that we can process the issue directly with the shipping company.

Handmade items are unique and one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee that you will receive two products that look exactly the same.
